When asked to assist in developing a business for a custom web-based digital video surveillance system that combines IP digital video cameras and remote viewing software, we assessed advantages and obstacles by researching potential competitors, evaluating similar products and price comparisons, and established proper price point for the market. Project also included: brand strategy, name, logo identity, collateral materials and web site, and acquiring federal trademark registration.
